Our Policies

Prices are in Canadian funds. Taxes (Ontario residents must add 8% provincial sales tax) are added to your final total.

All orders must be accompanied by payment in full.

We accept Visa, International Money Order and certified cheques. For your own protection, please do NOT send cash through the mail.

Shipping and Handling

Instock items are shipped once your cheque/money order has cleared. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery (North America).

Your shipping fee will be based on the size and weight of your order.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

A small restocking fee might be applied. Custom orders may not be returned unless there is structural damage. Please review and approve all final designs.
